Safe. Lots of food, fun, love, wine, family and friends. There is an article out this week that says turkey has a chemical in it that makes you very sleepy. lol! Magic |

Thanks for the heads up on what the chemical is. I am kind of searching around for sleep aids that are not too harmful.
I have a terrrible time getting to sleep. Also I tend to wake up constantly even after I have fallen alseep. I remember there was some sort of herb or something but I will have to ask someone what it was. Seritonin? (sp?) I hope your holiday was wonderful, too, and that the upcoming holidays will be loads of fun and love for you, too. Magic |
