If Madeline Pickens says she's going to save the BLM wild horses then you can bank on it. She will do it. It's a wonderful event and I am all for it including
whatever government grant money may be needed.

For me, I will never again believe my government crying that it doesn't have enough money. Not after what we have spent on the war in Iraq. Sorry, but
I don't buy the crocodile tears anymore. This government was saying it didn't have enough money to provide our seniors with supplemental funds for their
medications BEFORE we took up spending money on the war in Iraq. Last time I looked the cost of the war in Iraq was running in excess of $100 Billion a
month.

You can build a hospital for about $100 million. Average about a 300 bed to 600 bed (private beds) hospital.

So at a rate of $341.4 million a day spent on the war in Iraq . . . . there are no excuses IMHO for this government for not having the money for ANY of
our needs, including saving the wild horses that are surely the truest image and memory of our American spirit ever.

Never again do I want to hear that this government does not have the money. We have it when we WANT to have it, apparently.

So, that's three hospitals a day going down the toilet. Or 25 schools. Or a major factory. Or a college. Or 3414 homes for homeless people every
single day at $100,000 per home.

Three thousand four hundred fourteen homeless people every single day.

It sickens me.

How many is that in one month?

One hundred two thousand four hundred twenty houses a month. One hundred thousand houses a month.

Unreal.

I do not ever want to hear this government ever again say that it cannot afford certain programs to help those who are
in desperate need in our society. Ever. Ever.
